Julia is a junior at LaGuardia High School where she majors in visual art. She was born in and currently resides in Manhattan. Julia enjoys photography, reading and playing with her dog Blix.
Life is a continuous story that involves the people we love. My story is about me and my interactions with my family. This series begins with a picture of my Mom’s hands writing on a blank page on which the story of my family will be written in pictures. I wanted to portray the story from my perspective, so I choose not to include myself. I want other people to experience my family like I do. My Mom and her sister are really close and our families are too. We all like to eat, celebrate holidays, and watch superhero movies together as well as go on adventures. There is no official ending to this series of photographs because the story is always unfolding.
